TweetDeck allows you to manage your lists easily in one centralized place for all your accounts. The asterisk is also a powerful filtering tool in a TweetDeck search column. For example, “San Francisco exclude:twimg”, will exclude Tweets with images in your search results. You can also perform the opposite action by using the “exclude” filter.
